OBJECTIVE

Free Air Temperature Enrichment (FATE)  create  an artificially induced temperature in open field conditions. The FATE system simulates  warming in small ecosystem of limited height with uniformity of the thermal radiation and canopy temperature across the plot. GI/SS/MS structure with infrared heating  systems and controller are being used to enrich ambient temperature up to +5 ºC.
